Call for Papers

Dear Colleague, we are pleased to invite you to submit a paper to the workshop Supervised and Unsupervised Ensemble Methods and Their Applications (SUEMA 2010), organized in the context of the European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (ECML-PKDD 2010). This third edition follows up the first one held in Girona (Spain) in June 2007 (it was the part of the 3rd Iberian Conference on Pattern Recognition and Image Analysis) and the second one held in Patras (Greece) in July 2008 (it was the part of the 18th European Conference on Artificial Intelligence) and intends to provide a forum for researchers in the field of Machine Learning and Data Mining to discuss in depth topics related to ensemble methods and their applications. New trends and challenges in the theory and methods of ensembles of learning machines will be discussed, with a particular focus on the application of principled ensemble methods to emerging real-life problems.
For more details about the workshop, please see the topics of interest. More information about the topics of the workshop are available at the workshop web-site: http://suema10.dsi.unimi.it
